How to Enroll:

To become a member of the Cabernet Dining Club either:

1. Enroll via e-mail or

2. Enroll next time you dine at Cabernet.

Enrollment Fee:
There is a $25 enrollment fee, however 250 points will be credited to your account upon enrollment. Please allow 3-5 days to become registered as a Cabernet Dining Club member.
